Sandpiper Manor is located in central Florida in Lake County. As you might guess from the name of our county, we have many beautiful lakes of all sizes along with lots of boating and fishing. We are close to the center of the state in the east/west direction. That makes it about 60 miles to either coastline. We are about 40 driving miles north and west of Orlando. The map will give you a visual picture of our location within Florida.

Directions to Sandpiper Manor:

§   From the North (Ocala, Florida area): Follow route 27 south to route 42 west (about 20 miles). Go west on route 42 about 13 miles to route 452. Take route 452 south about 6 miles to Sandpiper Manor. There is a picture of our sign below. The park will be on your left.

§   From the South (Route 19 or 441): Route 19 north goes through downtown Eustis, FL and just as it leaves Eustis, watch for and exit on route 452 north. It will require a left turn at a traffic light. Follow route 452 about 6 miles north. Sandpiper Manor will be on the right. Alternatively, if you are traveling north on route 441, watch for the exit to route 19 north at the southern end of Eustis. Take the exit to route 19 north and follow it north through Eustis to route 452 as described above.  

§   From the west (Leesburg): Follow 441 south until you are just south of Eustis, FL. Then take route 19 north through downtown Eustis, FL and just as it leaves Eustis, watch for and exit on route 452 north. It will require a left turn at a traffic light. Follow route 452 about 6 miles north. Sandpiper Manor will be on the right.

§   From the east: Route 44 is a reasonable route toward Eustis. It intersects with route 19 at Eustis. Take route 19 north about .9 miles to route 452. This will require a left turn onto route 452. Follow route 452 about 6 miles north. Sandpiper Manor will be on the right.

As you approach Sandpiper   Manor, you will see our sign. After turning off route 452 onto the Sandpiper Manor access road, proceed straight ahead about 100 yards to the first right turn. After the right turn, proceed straight into the park.

You are now on Sandpiper Drive and can easily locate our beautiful entrance gallery with the American flag proudly flying.

Proceed to the end of Sandpiper Drive.  At this point, you can see our clubhouse directly across the street.

Turn left on Azalea and the clubhouse (with the office) will now be on your right. It is called Furman Hall. The office is in the corner closest to the photographer. At this point you are where all the action is. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome…
